PLESE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR PURCHASE:

You are always welcome to our store located in Miami Lakes to pick up your new bike or e-bike within operating business hours. 

 If the customer refuses the package upon delivery, the customer will be charged for a 10% restocking fee.

We provide FREE local delivery WITHIN 25 MILES of our Miami Lakes store for the new bike or e-bike purchased from our physical or online store 100% free of charge, to most of Miami-Dade and Broward Counties inside that 25 miles ratio, within 24-48 hours from purchase.

We will first contact the customer to arrange details of delivery, confirm the address, time and any other necessary information to successfully complete it.

If the delivery address is 26 MILES TO 50 MILES away from our Miami Lakes store, there will be an ADITIONAL flat rate delivery fee of $40.00 to be paid at the time the customer is contacted to arrange delivery details. 

For delivery distances of 51 MILES TO 100 MILES from our Miami Lakes store, there will be an ADITIONAL flat rate fee of $85.00 to be paid at the time the customer is contacted to arrange delivery details.

WE DO NOT OFFER DELIVERY FOR ANY BIKE OR E-BIKE OVER THE 100 MILES RATIO FROM OUR MIAMI LAKES STORE, WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS.
